Simpson Strong-Tie LCE4PC Outdoor Accents® LCEPC ZMAX®, Black Powder-Coated End Post Cap for 4x

Post caps secure a wood beam to the top of a wood post. They transfer the load into the post and eventually into the foundation. Simpson Strong-Tie® post caps are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate various beam and post configurations. The Outdoor Accents® LCEPC connects beam ends to a post. The versatile, two-piece design of this light post cap for end conditions can accommodate nominal 4x and 6x lumber. The LCEPC is ideal for both new and retrofit construction and is load rated when installed in pairs. It's also tested and approved for mitered end conditions. ZMAX® galvanized steel with a black powder-coat finish provides superior corrosion resistance.
