Dissolve 3 tablets under tongue, immediately if cramping occurs in order to stop cramping.

It is recommended to dissolve  Enduren Cramp & Fatigue Buster in the mouth as this ensures immediate absorption of the mineral  salts via the blood vessels under the tongue thus enhancing the effect of the tablets.
