Schubert (1797-1828)
Description:
Two of the most important players of the second half of the 20th century, Wolfgang Schneiderhan (1915-2002) and Boris Pergamenschikov (1948-2004), and Badura-Skoda, have released rare recordings from the 1980s. No. 1 is a studio recording from 1984, and No. 2 is a live concert performance of "Schubert: Piano Trio" at the Salzburg Festival. Enjoy the splendid harmony of the three musicians: Pergamenschikov, a Russian cellist known for his emotional tone, Schneiderhan, who inherits the Viennese tradition, and Badura-Skoda, who is called one of the "Three Crows of Vienna" with Goulda and Demus.
