This solo debut album also features artwork by Malcolm Garrett, one of the most famous designers of the 80's. Stewart Levin, known as the producer of Simply Red, was hired. Returning to the Culture Club-era Blue Eyed Soul lineage, the album features a slow, soulful, and sweet vocal performance. Juliet Roberts and Carol Thompson of Working Week joined on backing vocals.
