Custom Acrylic Routing Templates

Achieve precise, repeatable results with our Custom Acrylic Routing Templates, made from durable 3/8" cast acrylic. Each template is laser-etched with centerlines and depth measurements for accuracy and ease of use.

Our system features drill guide bushings with steel alignment dowels, allowing you to easily swap templates on your workpiece without losing your position. Ergonomic handles are provided for safe and steady routing.

Each template set includes:

• A routing body with pickup cavities, control cavity, and neck pocket

• Neck and fretboard templates

• A hardware kit containing 6 steel dowels, depth stop collar, and a 1/8" drill bit

Optional add-ons such as chambering kits, neck profile templates, or fret slot templates are available by request.
