The PRUFTECHNIK OPTALIGN Smart is a professional laser shaft alignment system designed for the precise alignment of rotating machinery. Utilizing advanced single-laser UniBeam® technology, the system provides accurate and repeatable alignment measurements while simplifying setup and operation.

OPTALIGN Smart continuously acquires measurement data during shaft rotation, allowing technicians to achieve highly accurate alignment results with minimal effort. The patented UniBeam® technology enables quick laser setup and reliable measurements, even on machines with significant angular misalignment.

The system also features InfiniRange® technology, which mathematically extends the detector measurement range, allowing accurate alignment of machines with large offsets or long coupling distances without requiring extensive pre-alignment.
