George Harrison, lead guitarist and vocalist for The Beatles, achieved worldwide success as a member of The Beatles in the 1960s, and after the band broke up, he became active as a solo artist, presiding over the first charity concert in rock history, "The Concert For Bangladesh," in 1971. In 1971, he organized "The Concert For Bangladesh," the first charity concert in rock history, and in 1991, he visited Japan to perform a joint concert with Eric Clapton.
