Our 10-day healthy eating & slimming challenge is back, this time with  twist - one energy boost day in the middle of the challenge!

10 days of healthy, low calorie eating to help you reach your fitness goals without the hassle, highly discounted & available for a limited time only. 

Challenge includes: 

1 Day Detox (includes 2x high fibre, gut healthy meals)

1 Day Energy Boost (this is to be taken on day 5 - it includes 2x higher energy meals)

16x chef prepared, cooked & frozen meals (just thaw, re-heat & eat!)

10x healthy, low calorie snacks

1x 300g bag Belgian chocolate trail mix

1x 400g bag of homemade granola (Almond & Peanut Butter Cacao OR Honey, Fruit & Nut).

Challenge is based on a 1,300 calorie diet for efficient yet healthy & sustainable slimming. 

The Plan: 

Breakfast: 30g granola (suggested to be taken with 100ml skimmed or 200ml plant based milk OR 120g 0% fat greek yoghurt - you can also add 1 fruit portion here). 

Morning Snack: 25g Belgian chocolate trail mix 

Lunch: 1 healthy, low calorie meal (for day 1, meal is labelled as a 'detox meal'. For day 5 the meal is packed separately.)

Afternoon Snack: 1 sweet snack provided.

Dinner: 1 healthy, low calorie meal (for day 1, meal is labelled as a 'detox meal'. For day 5 the meal is packed separately.)

Challenge is customisable according to your tastes & any dietary requirements.

For special dietary requirements simply select any special dietary requirements you have from the options above.

To indicate any taste preferences, after adding your order to cart simply go to cart and let us know of any ingredients you can't have in the 'order special instructions' box!

To add any extra meals to your plan, choose the 'Build Your Own Plan' & add the amount of extra meals you need to your cart.

Our meals are delivered fully cooked & flash frozen - delivered frozen so you only need to thaw, re-heat & eat.

Kindly note that by on some plans especially those with special dietary requirements & eliminated ingredients some meals may be repeated and we might not be able to align to your calorie intake.

Challenge orders for the week close the previous Thursday at noon and are delivered for free Friday afternoons. Not enough freezer space? Two time delivery now available - simply choose the 2-time delivery option against a €7 charge. Second delivery will be Thursday after 5pm following the first free delivery Friday afternoon.
