Ford Farm Wensleydale with Cranberries is hand pressed on the Ashley Chase Estate in rural West Dorset. The cheese is blended with dried, sweetened cranberries to provide a cheese that is both open and flaky in texture and complemented with the tangy flavour of dried cranberries.

Serve as part of the cheeseboard and enjoy with a glass of cider or a glass of crisp, dry white wine or even champagne. This is a great all year round cheese but naturally the festive colour of the cranberries also makes Wensleydale with Cranberries a great festive treat, too.
