DESCRIPTION

Energy Plus WPI chocolate is a micro-filtered premium grade protein powder. WPI is the product of a cross flow micro filtration process that eliminates fats and sugars and is high in protein content. This ensures amino acids are released quickly after digesting. Rich in naturally occurring Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) consisting of Iso Leucine, Leucine and Valine for muscle cell synthesis in minimising muscle loss, increase lean muscle growth and repairs muscles after an optimal workout.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Add 1 heaped scoop of Whey Protein Isolate powder into 250 ml of water or milk of your choice and vigorously blend, May also be added to protein snacks or smoothies. A scoop is provided.
