These templates (consider Meso 1 and the Bundle for more progressions) should be used as the first two mesocycles of every macrocycle for lifters who have not yet achieved the necessary level of muscular development to reach their strength goals. For all other lifters, it is recommended to incorporate at least one mesocycle of this program in one of their macrocycles each year (considering there are typically two macrocycles per year).
