The folk who made this wine are Patrice and Ghislain Pagès are nephews of the late Marc Pagès of Château la Tour de By, but in 2019 it was bought by Gerard Jicquel, who founded the SAMSIC group in 1986, and realised his dream of purchasing this chateau and appointed Lucas Leclercq as technical director and winemaker. Château Fourcas Dupré is a 44-hectare property situated in the Commune of Listrac, with vines averaging 25 years old. The soils are a mixture of gravel and sandstone. Prepare for this to become even more special than it already was!
