Description:
12 years after recording the complete Beethoven symphonies, Inmarsère's Anima Eterna, a group of ancient instrumentalists led by Inmarsère, will present three systematic recordings of keyboard works. In 2008, the Anima Eterna, an ancient instrumental group led by Imma-Zeel, released a box set of the complete Beethoven symphonies in a single recording, which was nothing short of a joyous experience. Twelve years have passed since then, and Immaizel is now the orchestra's music director emeritus, entrusting his young talents with the direction of the orchestra, while he has begun to take his own career as a fortepiano player to new heights. On the 250th anniversary of the composer's birth, he took full advantage of the opportunity to record a new three-CD set of Beethoven's piano sonatas, facing them head-on. This release is filled with a sense of a new standard, approaching the composer's true intentions on the instrument of the time (fortepiano). It is inevitable and fateful that Immerseur, who has been dealing with the historical model piano for nearly half a century while deepening his knowledge of ancient music as a harpsichordist, should turn to the solo works of Beethoven, who, like Immerseur, was an outstanding player during his lifetime and contributed greatly to the development of this instrument. The world of the most rich sonatas from around 1800 is explored here on a masterpiece modeled by Walter, a keyboard maker who was extremely popular in Vienna from the end of the 18th century onward, and meticulously reproduced by Christopher Clark, one of the finest fortepiano craftsmen of our time. The world of the most rich sonatas from around 1800 is explored here. The program includes such well-known pieces as "Pathetique," "Moonlight," and "Rural," as well as smaller pieces such as the "Rondo a Capriccio" and "Anger at Lost Pennies," all of which are performed by players who are well versed in the characteristics of their instruments. ...... The program, which explores the composer's musical world in every detail, including small pieces such as the Rondo a Capriccio "The Rage of the Lost Pennies", cannot help but arouse high expectations for further recordings.
