Bigger and rounder than the Classique, warmer with some really cool complexity. A really fun, spicy style of wine, orange citrus fruit coming off, very balanced and with some lovely delicate floral notes.

Founded in 1952, Chateau Paquette is the favoured Provence rosé of Liz Gabbay MW - and you can'y get a bigger endorsement than that! Bought by Marcel and Gilberte Paquette it is still in family hands with 3^rd generation Jerome Paquette running the estate. Originally called Domaine de Curebeasse, the name was changed to Chateau Paquette in 2013 to celebrate 60 years of the family ownership. He also has a wonderful dog called Muscat!
