SIZING: Size up 1 from your normal size, due to the pointed toe of the derby, the top end of the shoe can be a little narrow for some feet. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: All buyers will be able to cancel their order for a full refund if they so choose, as long as the item has not been already shipped to them. In the event the shoes have been shipped returns can not be accepted unless damage has been assessed to the product during shipping, or the wrong size has been received.
