This unit offers a beefy base and a Honda IGX800 fuel injected engine and Honda muffler. PSI offers an easy to access pump tensioner underneath the Comet pump. The aluminum belt guard is assembled with heavy duty bolts instead of rivets.

****Important****

This unit will need a fuel tank, fuel hose and fittings (1184, 2119) to connect the fuel hose (FH) to the tank. You can purchase an aluminum fuel tank or poly fuel tank online or locally. We offer the fuel hose (FH) by the foot.

Please purchase a length of 1/2" (AGY08) yellow ag hose. We offer it by the foot.

Purchase two barbs for the bypass hose. You need a hose barb (4795) for the outlet of the unloader and a 4796 for the tank. The barb at the tank and bulkhead is included in the PL-8-TO or Pl-8-TA kit.

Purchase a battery for this unit. You will receive a small, battery box and strap.

Purchase black soap nozzles (5422, 1776, 6641, 5287, 1720)

We strongly recommend that you purchase our PL-8-TA or PL-8-TO kit for a tote or a horizontal leg tank or tote which has everything you need to correctly plumb this unit. We recommend switching out the 1" barb to 1.5", upsizing the non-collapsible suction hose to 1.5" ID, upsizing the filter to 80 mesh 1.5", installing a 1.5" bulkhead, brass hose barb and 1/2" bulkhead. Increase the jump hose to the reel to a 1/2" high pressure hose and use a 50' hose as the first length of hose on the reel. (Always strip all hose from the reel except the last single wrap to protect the crimp when in use.) Upsizing the hose ID's will allow you to shoot farther, increase the cleaning units and efficiency of your pressure washer as well as move much faster when using your surface cleaner. 

Always use medium threadlock on your high pressure fittings instead of Teflon tape. Teflon tape will end up in the pump valves or clog nozzles.

We recommend a minimum of 300 gallon water tank or IBC tote.

Add a Hudson float valve (Hudson-HT) and Hudson float valve installation kit (Hudson-A or HB) to prevent over-filling your water tank. The Hudson float valve will automatically stop the flow into your tank when installed properly in the headspace of your water supply tank.

This unit requires a 11.0 orifice or larger nozzle.
