Pioneer rack-and-pinion height adjuster

The rack and pinion height adjuster for the TSPROF Pioneer sharpening system significantly increases its capabilities: it allows quick and precise angle setting, and raising the angle during sharpening for micro bevels.

Smooth one-hand angle setting with small increments

This Pioneer upgrade makes angle adjustment a breeze. Now you can do this using just one hand and in 3 steps: unlock the lever, turn the knob, lock the lever. 

The rack and pinion height adjuster's body and slider are made of aircraft aluminum, the toothed rack is made of steel, and the involute gear wheel and sliding bushings are made of brass.

New possibilities, new angle range

The height adjuster adds functionality to Pioneer and extends the range of possible sharpening angles (12°-33°).

Attention! To get the most out of this height adjuster, we recommend using it with an extended 6 mm guide rod.

• 2 mm hex key - for adjusting slider movement
