The Blue Phantom Pleco is a peaceful algae grazer that thrives on a varied omnivorous diet including biofilm, plant matter, and meaty foods.

Feeding Habits

• Plant/Algal Matter: Algae wafers, spirulina pellets, blanched zucchini, cucumber, spinach, and peas.
• Protein Foods: Bloodworms, brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, and high-protein sinking pellets.

Feeding Tips:

• Feed after lights out—nocturnal activity increases feeding response.
