You can keep freshly baked or food that is already warmed at temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees F in this heated reach-in cabinet from True Manufacturing. This single door cabinet has an overall size of 27-1/2” wide, 33-3/4” deep, and is 84-1/8” tall, including the convenient swivel casters. You can choose either three chrome shelves or six sets of universal tray slides to best suit your individual needs. The heated cabinet is made from durable and easy care stainless steel throughout and has a heating system that is controlled by an exterior on/off switch and electronic temperature settings. This product is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor and five years on the compressor.
