In 2010, a cool and humid spring preceded a hot and dry summer which made the harvest one of the best of the last 20 years. The wine, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, was fermented in stainless steel to retain the primary fruit aromas and then aged in oak (25% new) for 12 to 14 months, adding complexity and roundness to this structured and elegant vintage.
