Directions For Use:

• As a supplement: Ready to drink, best when chilled. 
• 1-3 servings per day as supplement.
• Tube feeding: Follow healthcare professional's instructions. Avoid contamination during preparation and use. Product should hang no longer than 8 hours at the bedside. 
• Shake well before consuming. 
• Store unopened at room temperature. 
• Cover and refrigerate after opening. 
• Use within 24 hours after opening.
