The American Barbell T-Grip Single Handle Bar with solid ends is one of the most versatile bars that we have produced. Featuring a 1-1/4" diameter (31.75MM), they fit all commercial benches and racks and now have the option of non-rotating sleeves (bar weight 30lbs) or rotating sleeves (bar weight 55lbs).

The sleeve construction is one piece, drop-forged and bolt-less, and has a hard chrome finish. The bar shaft is finished in black powder coating. It features a high quality knurled grip and has a handle spacing of 21.5 inches center to center. The safe loading capacity of this bar is 500 lbs.  

Using a T-Grip Bar provides you with a huge variety in selecting your grip position on the bar. The conventional underhand grip of a straight bar can result in shoulder discomfort. In contrast, the T-Grip bar's neutral grip is more biomechanically favorable to your shoulder and joint health. You also get an EZ curl gripping option with this bar. Also, the straight middle section of the T-Grip Bar contours around your body as you lift.
