To promote their mega-hit album "Hotel California" to be released in December 1976, the Eagles began a limited U.S. tour in October before its release. The November 6 concert in Houston, Texas was recorded and broadcast for radio promotion. The set list on that day was 20 songs including encores, but 3 songs were omitted due to the air time, and 17 songs are included in this live album. Since it was before the release of "Hotel California," only the title number and "Time Flies By" were included, and the rest of the songs were representative songs from all four albums.
