Roberto Alagna
Description:
The songs and flavors of chanson presented by master tenor Roberto Alagna. Roberto Alagna, the greatest tenor of our time, continues to transcend genres such as opera and pop music. This is an album of famous chansons sung by Edith Piaf, Alice Donat, Enrico Macias, Jacques Verrière, Tino Rossi, Jacques Brel, and others from the 1930s to 1970s, which could only be completed during this special period. The album "Sicilian" and "Malena" were created because his parents were from Sicily, so Sicilian folk songs were always by his side. Pasion," composed mainly of Cuban boleros and Argentine tangos, as he has Spanish ancestry. We have been on many musical journeys, including "Little Italy," a collection of American songs from Italy. And now we thought it was time to perform the music of our own homeland. That is why I have composed this entire album with French chansons, but with a twist.I am passionate about different musical cultures from all over the world. We make many musical discoveries during our travels as we explore the French repertoire. (1/2) Sony Music
