• The strong stainless steel dough hook also spins, which enhances the spiral effect that the mixer has on the dough. Quick mixing yields top-quality product, making this unit ideal for large operations, such as pizzerias and bakeries.
• Operation of the unit relies on front-mounted electronic controls and (2) 20 minute timers. Because of the timers, the mixer's 2 fixed speeds are easy to shift between during operation.
• By setting the timers, the speeds will automatically shift, allowing for custom mixing to suit your product and recipe.
• Plus, the timers feature reverse speed and jog modes, providing you with even greater control and additional processing options.
