The MyMedic MyFAK is a compact individual first aid kit (IFAK) built to cover emergencies at home, on the trail, in the vehicle, and in the field. It measures 10.5 in tall x 7 in wide x 5 in deep and weighs 2.6–3.6 lbs depending on the variant selected. The Standard kit ships with general-purpose and outdoor-oriented first aid supplies. The Pro kit adds life-saving trauma items — including a RATS Tourniquet, Compressed Gauze, Emergency Pressure Bandage, QuikClot hemostatic dressing, Chest Seals, and Nasopharyngeal Airway (NPA) Med Packs — bringing the total supply count to over 115 items. Construction and carry

The MyFAK shell features a laser-cut Hypalon MOLLE panel for attaching accessories and tools. A tear-away panel lets you secure the kit to a car headrest, ATV roll bar, or any fixed point, then strip it free and move without unclipping fasteners. Inside, a folding page design keeps MODs separated and individually accessible. A hidden shoulder strap stows inside the kit for hands-free carry when needed. The kit is rated for dry, dirty, muddy, and light-rain environments.

What is the difference between the Standard and Pro kit?

The Pro kit includes all the same supplies as the Standard version plus life-saving trauma items: a RATS Tourniquet, Compressed Gauze, Emergency Pressure Bandage, QuikClot hemostatic dressing, Chest Seals, and NPA airway med packs. If there is any chance the kit will be used in a trauma or high-risk environment, the Pro is the right choice.

How many people does this kit cover?

The MyFAK is best suited for a group of 1–3 people. For groups of 3–5, the MyFAK Large is a better fit.

Is the kit refillable?

Yes. Every item in the MyFAK corresponds to a MOD or individual supply sold separately on the MyMedic site. You can restock individual categories without replacing the whole kit.

Is this kit HSA/FSA eligible?

Yes. All MyMedic kits are HSA/FSA approved. You can use your HSA/FSA card at checkout. If your insurance provider requests an itemized receipt, contact us and we can provide a PDF.

Where is the best place to store or mount this kit in a vehicle?

The tear-away panel mounts the kit to the back of a headrest for quick grab-and-go access. It also attaches to ATV roll bars or any fixed MOLLE-compatible surface. The hidden shoulder strap gives you a carry option once it's detached.

Can I add or swap supplies inside the kit?

Individual items cannot be swapped into or out of the factory-packed kit at the time of purchase, as doing so affects inventory. Additional or alternative supplies — including a CAT tourniquet — can be purchased separately and added to the kit's extra storage space, which is designed for customization.
