Twenty-five years after his first leader album "Sanshoku no Niji," musician Koichi Nori put all his energy into this latest work as the culmination of his career. The album features a total of 36 musicians, and he composed, arranged, and even wrote all the lyrics himself. It took a year and a half from the conception to the completion of the album, a lengthy recording process not seen in recent jazz albums, but we are proud to say that it is because of that long time spent that the album is so varied and rewarding to listen to. I am proud to say that the album is a richly varied and rewarding listening experience, which can be attributed to the time spent on the recording. (From the artist)
