The Ritual

Because Hikari is so versatile, you can adjust your preparation based on your mood.

For a Full-Bodied Latte:

1. Sift 3g (approx. 3 bamboo scoops) of Hikari into a bowl.
2. Add 30ml of water at 65-75°C (145-167°F).
3. Whisk in a "W" motion until a fine, frothy foam covers the surface.
4. Combine with 100ml of your favorite silky textured milk.
5. Add 6g syrup of choice
