The Sync Energy Flow 3 Battery Pack is a high performance modular energy storage solution designed for homes and light commercial applications. Each unit provides 5.1kWh of storage capacity and this twin pack delivers a total of 15.4kWh. Thanks to its expandable design, the system can be stacked in up to four module configurations, supporting a maximum storage capacity of 35.84kWh.

Engineered for efficiency and reliability, the Sync Energy Flow battery system features a 90 percent depth of discharge, IP65 weather protection, and integrated fire suppression for added safety. Its plug and play connectors, adjustable base, and no complex wiring requirements make installation fast and simple.

The system is controlled through the intuitive Sync Energy app, giving users complete visibility of energy usage, storage, and flow. Smart features include Tariff Sense for real time energy cost and savings tracking, and Auto Solar Charging which allows excess solar power to charge EVs automatically.

What are Heavy Goods?

Some of our products are big and bulky like storage heaters and Solar Battery Storage need to travel by pallet rather than by standard courier. Carriage costs are shown at checkout and are charged at the cost price of a pallet on a 48-hour delivery service to most locations. If you live somewhere a little more out of the way, it may take a bit longer due to logistics.

All storage heaters (except mini bathroom models) and Solar Battery Storage weigh over 30kg, which means they fall into our heavy goods category. The delivery cost is calculated based on your postcode and how many pallets are needed for your order. Here’s the good news sometimes you can get more on a pallet for the same price. For example, four heaters may cost the same to deliver as one, if they all fit neatly on a single pallet.

Each pallet can carry up to 500kg and will arrive by lorry. Please note, you’ll be responsible for unloading the pallet on delivery.
