Join us for a gentle Kundalini Yoga practice and a cup of Pu-erh tea. We’ll breathe out stress and fatigue, chant mantras, meditate and reconnect with our energy at the start of your Saturday morning.
This practice is open to everyone - no experience needed. The practice is mostly seated (cross-legged), so feel free to bring a yoga cushion if you have one. And no, there will be no downward dogs :)
We will work with pranayama - conscious breathing. In Sanskrit, prana is life force energy and ayama is control or expansion.
Through the breath, we learn to guide our inner state instead of being overwhelmed by external pressure. Kundalini Yoga helps awaken and balance this life force, increasing vitality, clarity, and resilience. When your energy is steady, your capacity to handle stress naturally becomes stronger. When your inner energy is strong and balanced, your tolerance to stress naturally rises. It doesn’t remove challenges — it changes your relationship to them.
After the practice, we’ll slow down together with a cup of rich, earthy Pu-erh tea and let everything integrate in calm presence. Come as you are.
