Started and owned by two brothers, Biggar is a family business, thriving on their small batch philosophy, combining tradition and innovation with a sense of place. Based at the foot of the Tinto Hills near the Scottish town of Biggar, they use the the local botanicals to inspire their thoughts of creating big in a small batch.

They prefer to focus on small scale, rare batches that reflect a passion, ambition and taste which is big. Combining and blending the natural and unique ingredients of their setting, their work is a constant process of refining and adopting of new methods whilst also being completely open and honest about their approaches and sharing their knowledge.
