Polybushings Transmission Mount Inserts work with nearly all 00-05 Neons, including the 03-05 Neon SRT-4. However, the molded rubber center section of the transmission mount seems to be slightly different in some 2001-02 ACRs and 2001-04 RTs.

These inserts fit perfectly in the transmission mount on the drivers side of the vehicle. They do not replace the rubber center section of the transmission mount, but instead fill the open spaces around the rubber center section of a transmission mount in good condition.

We offer this transmission mount insert set in a race version (black) and a street version (blue). The race version uses a 85A durometer, which is very solid and allows very little flexing. The street version uses a 70A durometer, which is very softer and will allow for more engine flexing, but will still have an improved feel over the factory transmission mount.

If you're already installing engine mount inserts, we highly recommend installing these at the same time. Please note that these were designed around stock motor mounts, and if you have aftermarket motor mounts, the shape of the rubber inside the mount on the aftermarket ones may differ. If you have aftermarket mounts you may need to trim some of the mount or insert to fit these.
