A	By postal mail only. Fax and photocopies are not accepted due to scale distortion. Trace your right hand at actual size on A4 (to the wrist) with a ballpoint pen and mail it with the included measurement sheet (two pages total).
Q2	What is the difference between Sanbu-Heri and Shichibu-Heri?
A	The difference is that Shichibu-Heri offers better protection for the leather edges, helps the yugake maintain its shape and appearance for longer, and prevents it from deforming easily.
Q3	How do Exceine straps compare to leather straps?
A	Ecsaine is more affordable with basic durability. Leather (deerskin) harmonizes well with the Yugake(ユガケ), has a premium feel, and is more durable than Ecsaine. Both are available in purple, brown, and black.
Q4	Can I choose black?
A	Black is limited stock. Availability may vary by size; if unavailable, we will supply brown.
Q5	Anything to note about made-to-order items?
A	Orders cannot be canceled or changed after confirmation. Before ordering, double-check the accuracy of your tracing (true size, line thickness, drawn to the wrist) and your selections (color / edge / straps). Leather is a natural material; surface character may vary from piece to piece.
