Description:

This is a collection of small pieces by Vladimir Viardot, a pianist who was born in the Soviet Union in 1949 and studied at the Moscow Conservatory under Lev Naumov. Viald also arranged, performed, and recorded his own works, and this album includes a famous arrangement by Liszt and Schubert's German Dances (Lentler). The performance is a masterful one, and the orchestra's performance is unashamed of its brilliant recordings. Tokyo M-Plus
