All surfboards Marc Andreini shapes are special but this one is truly one of a kind. This board won 2nd place for best in show at the Boardroom Show, California’s premiere surfboard tradeshow, during a bonzer replication shaping competition that was judged by the Campbell Brothers (the inventors of the bonzer design). It is also made from a completely plant based blank that’s constructed from agave. Taking Andreini’s mastery of shaping to the nth degree, this board is also chambered akin to the vintage style of board building that was popularized by balsa wood surfboard construction prior to the use of blown polyurethane blanks. Marc Andreini has donated all the proceeds from the sale of this board to the Sustainable Surf Organization.
