As a new sand car owner I was disappointed to find there wasn't tooling available to the home mechanic who wanted to service their own Mendeola 2D. After some careful 3D scanning and 3D CAD design I'm proud to offer an affordable solution for those who want to tackle their own rebuild. Careful attention was paid to shaft spacing and other critical tolerances so you can be sure that when you set your gear stack up in the jig it will be exactly the same in your transmission case. These are 3D printed in durable material the has the stiffness you need to be sure your alignment is correct. These are plenty durable for the home enthusiast, but care would need to be taken in a professional environment or daily use. 

Reverse gear shaft is for the latest 22 spline gear. If you have the older style gear please reach out for a custom shaft diameter. The jig comes complete with base plate, dual standoffs, reverse shaft and all thread with nuts

I'm also excited to announce the re-release of the pinion nut tool and shaft holder. These tools are essential in order to replace your pinion or the inner 1st gear bearing. These are laser cut from .375" ultra strong A500 tool steel and hold up to the extreme torque required for removal and installation of the nut.
