Very Good antique condition with minor -to- moderate cosmetic wear throughout from normal use over the years. The high quality hardwood construction remains structurally rigid & strong. All screws are tight and hinges are solid. When leaves are positioned up, the top surface is quite perfectly level...but pretty close (see pics). Sits flat with zero wobble. Superbly rich patina throughout. Gorgeous little table!! See pics.
