Spinach microgreens are tender young shoots with a mild earthy taste and soft juicy texture. They have a fresher and slightly sweeter flavour than mature spinach leaves, making them a great choice for salads, sandwiches, wraps, omelets, smoothies, or everyday dishes like daal and paratha rolls.
These microgreens grow in about 10 to 14 days and produce slim pale stems with smooth bright green leaves. Unlike full-size spinach, which needs more space and time, spinach microgreens grow quickly in shallow trays, kitchen windows, or balcony corners with very little effort. They are also valued for their nutrients, including vitamins A, C, and K, along with antioxidants and minerals that support a healthy diet.
Pair with Cocopeat for clean growing or Vermicompost for nutrient boost in trays.
