Overview

The Haydon HAY-USB100M is a plug-and-play USB extender kit (1× transmitter + 1× receiver) that carries USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 signals over a single Cat5e/Cat6 cable. It enables remote connection of peripherals such as keyboards, mice, webcams, barcode scanners, printers and flash drives where a direct USB cable is impractical. No drivers are required for basic operation.

• USB support: USB 2.0 (High/Full speed) and USB 1.1 compatible.
• Range: USB 2.0 full-speed up to 100 metres over Cat5e; USB 1.1 may operate to longer distances (some listings note up to 200 metres for USB 1.1, depending on cable quality).
