Directions for Use

1. Preparation: Ensure hot tub equipment is functioning, operate the pump/filter for 3 hours daily, and clean the filter as per manufacturer instructions.
2. Water Balance: pH between 7.2-7.8, total alkalinity at 80-120 ppm.
3. Initial Shock: Use Frog Jump Start or an EPA-approved chlorine shock to establish a free chlorine residual of 0.5-1.0 ppm.

Assembly

1. Remove packaging and protective seal from the @ease SmartChlor Cartridge.
2. Align arrows on the mineral (blue) and chlorine (silver) cartridges, then push and twist to lock.
3. Set the dial on the chlorine cartridge per the Setting Chart.
4. Place the system in hot tub water.
5. Shock the hot tub when replacing the SmartChlor Cartridge or once a month.

Cartridge Replacement

• Replace SmartChlor Cartridge when the system flips.
• Replace the entire system every 4 months or when refilling the hot tub.
