Keysight offers a complete family of probes and accessories engineered specifically for its InfiniiVision Series oscilloscopes. The selection spans passive probes, high-voltage passive probes, InfiniiMax and InfiniiMode active probe systems, high-voltage differential active probes, single-ended active probes, mixed-signal oscilloscope logic probes, clamp-on and Rogowski coil current probes, high-sensitivity current probes, wedge probe adapters, and supporting accessories — all chosen to deliver optimal measurement performance with InfiniiVision 1000 X-, 2000 X-, 3000A/T/G X-, 4000 X-, 6000 X-, 5000, 6000, and 7000 Series instruments.
These probes address the full range of oscilloscope measurement tasks. The miniature passive probes, with a compact 2.5 mm probe head and various fine-pitch tip accessories, are designed for probing densely populated IC components or surface-mount devices used in high-speed digital applications. High-voltage differential probes support floating measurements and high-voltage, high-speed power device testing — including WBG power devices, power converters, and motor drives — as well as automotive differential buses such as CAN, CAN FD, and FlexRay. Current probes measure AC and DC currents in power supplies, inverters, and motor drives without breaking the circuit, while high-sensitivity current probes capture the low-level current consumption of battery-powered devices and integrated circuits.

Keysight Technologies traces its roots to Hewlett-Packard, whose test and measurement business was spun off as Agilent Technologies in 1999. Agilent's electronic measurement business, including its oscilloscope line, was separated to form Keysight Technologies in 2014.
The InfiniiVision probe and accessory family is organized by probe type and by oscilloscope-series compatibility. It includes passive probes, high-voltage passive probes, InfiniiMax and InfiniiMode active probe systems, high-voltage differential active probes, single-ended active probes, MSO logic probes, and a range of current probes, each recommended for specific InfiniiVision oscilloscope series.
Probe selection depends on the measurement: bandwidth, attenuation ratio, voltage rating, and whether the host oscilloscope provides a 1 MΩ BNC input or the AutoProbe interface. The probe compatibility table in the comparison below maps each probe model to the oscilloscope series for which it is recommended or compatible.
Each new model linked below is its own dedicated product page with condition-matched pricing. Select the specific probe or accessory model that fits your application and host oscilloscope to see its new availability and price.
The probes differ primarily in bandwidth, attenuation ratio, and voltage rating. Passive probes range from 20 MHz to 700 MHz; the 10076C high-voltage passive probe offers 100:1 attenuation up to 3.7 kV; and active probe systems extend from 25 MHz differential probes up to the 7 GHz InfiniiMax system. High-voltage differential probes such as the N2891A measure up to 7,000 V mains isolated.
Compatibility also varies by host interface: the 1000 X- and 2000 X-Series accept passive and selected current probes through their 1 MΩ BNC inputs but do not support AutoProbe active probes, whereas the 3000 X-, 4000 X-, and 6000 X-Series add the AutoProbe interface for active and differential probes. The comparison table details bandwidth, attenuation, and series compatibility for each model.
| Model | Bandwidth | Attenuation Ratio | Max Input Voltage |
|---|---|---|---|
| DP0011A | 500 MHz | 17:1 / 85:1 auto attenuation | ± 60 V (to ground) |
| N2142A | 75 MHz at 10:1 | 1:1/10:1 switchable | 300 Vrms CAT II at 10:1 |
| N2140A | 200 MHz at 10:1 | 1:1/10:1 switchable | 300 Vrms CAT II at 10:1 |
| 10070D | 20 MHz | 1:1 | 300 Vpk mains isolated, 150 Vpk CAT II |
Additional differences in specifications beyond the few shown above are not listed here — see each model's full specifications below.
Important: The InfiniiVision 1000 X- and 2000 X-Series oscilloscopes do not support AutoProbe interface active probes.
Important: The InfiniiMax 1130B Series probe amplifiers (1130B/1131B/1132B/1134B) are ordered separately from their probe heads — order one or more probe heads or connectivity kits per amplifier for the probe to be usable.
Important: DP0001A is not compatible with the 3000A X-Series oscilloscope.
Important: The N2780B/81B/82B/83B/83L current probes require the companion N2779A power supply (3 x 12 Vdc output) to operate; one N2779A powers up to three of these probes.
Important: The 01650-61607 40-pin to 40-pin logic probe cable is no longer available for purchase; without it, 40-pin Mictor, Samtec, or Soft Touch probes cannot be used with InfiniiVision MSOs.
Important: To achieve the N7026A current probe's widest input range (up to 30 Arms / 40 Apk), the external AC power adapter supplied with the probe must be used; without it the range is limited to 5 Arms / 5 Apeak.
Recommended pairing: the N2780B, N2781B, N2782B, N2783B, and N2783L current probes use the N2779A power supply, which can power up to three of these probes from a single unit.
