RWS has achieved the most functionally important "safe and secure fixation." Unlike the common "quick release" that has a history of over 80 years, RWS uses a system that generates tightening torque through a bolt connection between a lever and a shaft. Handling RWS is very simple. Tighten by manually tightening the lever clockwise (min 15Nm hand force). Depending on the structure of the frame and fork, it may be possible to close the lever by moving it back and forth several times. Finally, fix the lever in the optimal position.
