The best way to make that a regular occurrence is to pair Tackiness Chop II with anti spin (ie. Super Anti) or long pips (ie. Feing Long II, Feint Long III, Feint OX, Feint AG, or Feint Soft), which will drastically change variations your opponent sees. Adjusting to these differences on the fly can be difficult, increasing your chances of winning the point.
