This chic 1960s little black dress was designed by Carnival Fashions and remains as timeless and wearable today as it was back then. Beautifully made in a ballerina style design, it is tailored from smooth black chiffon. It has dainty spaghetti straps and an elegant curved neckline at the front and back. The skirt falls to below the knee and is detailed with multiple layers of chiffon to form ruffles that move as the wearer walks. The waist has a piped seam and is detailed with a fluttering, sheer chiffon scarf on the left hip. The dress is lined with black chiffon and fastens at the back of the neck with a hidden tonal black zip and hook-and-eye clasp.

This piece is in excellent vintage condition with no flaws or marks to note. There are no composition or size labels and the fabric has no stretch. We believe this would best fit a size UK 8 or US 4 with a small waist. Our model is a UK 6 US 0-2 and 5'11". This dress was a good fit on her, it was a little roomy around the bust and hip areas.
