This colorful dress was made in the late 1960s, to the early 1970s. It's by Elizabeth Byrne, and was made (tailored), in British Hong Kong. Expertly sewn, and in mint condition, this dress is bold. With chiffon like sleeves, with elegant business chic cuffs, an abstract printed a-line skirt depicting trees and clouds, comes with a waist defining attached belt with snap button closure, and a body hugging top in striking vertical stripes of golden rod, orange, and white. This dress is a statement maker!
