Vintage 1960's velvet brocade. Luscious raised black velvet on dense black silk. extremely structured dress with unique high neckline. Fabulous details, black buttons at back of neck, darted bust, nipped waist. Mild A-line skirt.

Appears to be custom tailored or couture made.

Full lining is attached like backing, offering more structure to the already crisp fabric. Raised velvet print is soft and luxurious.

So perfect for an Holiday or New Years Eve dress. I believe it to be completely silk.
