Flanged wheel made of Polyamide 6G | Ø 250 × 65 mm

Precisely turned flanged wheel made of cast Polyamide 6G for continuous use in rail and profile guides. The circumferential flange keeps the wheel securely on the running surface – whether on flat rails, angle irons or special profiles – and prevents lateral breakout even under load and lateral forces.

Material

Polyamide 6G (PA6G) — Cast engineering plastic, tough and high-strength with low intrinsic weight. Low-noise, wear-resistant and resistant to oils, greases and weak chemicals. Significantly lighter than steel with comparable load capacity.

Version

With 2 2RS ball bearings — For accompanying wheels with low rolling resistance and high mileage. The low-maintenance, double-sealed ball bearings enable smooth, even running even with continuous operation.

With hub keyway — For use as a drive wheel. The integrated hub keyway accommodates a feather key and establishes a positive, rotationally rigid connection to the drive shaft. Suitable for driven trolleys, gantry cranes and motor-driven chassis.
