Ingredients:  bulking agent: cellulose, vegetable capsule made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), Lactobacillus paracasei bacterial cultures, Lactobacillus helveticus bacterial cultures, Bifidobacterium longum bacterial cultures, saffron extract (Crocus sativus L.), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

Recommended daily dose:  2 capsules daily - 1 capsule twice daily with sufficient fluid. Preferably in the morning before or with breakfast and in the evening before bed.

Total bacteria count:

In 1 capsule: 14 x 109 colony-forming units (CFU)

Per 2 capsules: 28 x 109 colony-forming units (CFU)

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. This product is not intended for children, pregnant, or breastfeeding women.

Storage conditions: Store at room temperature, in a dry place, out of reach of small children, in a tightly closed container. The capsules are placed in a special protective blister. This is to ensure the best possible stability of the preparation during storage, achieved through the use of microencapsulation. This type of packaging (of all available packaging types) has the highest possible protective barrier and allows for maximum protection of bacterial cultures from the harmful effects of oxygen and water vapor.

IMPORTANT!  To remove the capsule, tear the blister foil. Do not press the capsule through the foil as it may be damaged.
