The "Bergamotto Fantastico" fruit liqueur (fantastic is the name of the variety of Bergamot) captures this ancient variety of citrus fruit which has found its ideal habitat in Calabria. Vecchio Magazzino Doganale wanted to pay homage to this extraordinary fruit, creating a liqueur with an infusion of Bergamot peels. Produced with only FRESH FRUIT (other producers use dry), peeled by hand from the garden of Pellaro. After two months of infusion, filtered with linen cloths and bottled, the scent and taste of authentic Calabrian Bergamot, the king of citrus fruits. Also includes coriander, cardamom, lavender, and aloe - try mixing equal parts with tequila and topping with soda water.
