Self sash belt, or can be worn around neck. measurements bust 34 waist 26 length 58 hip open condition this gown is in very good condition. Very strong fabric. It is not mint condition : it has visible color bleed on some of the flowers. I did not attempt to hand clean it myself. There are a few minor pin holes. It is a very wearable gown with the minor noted issues.
